		<description>Way too many people suggest a no to low fat diet to improve health/lose weight. It is pleasantly surprising to so see the inclusion of omega 3/6 fats on this list. I also include the cheat meal in my own healthy lifestyle. It helps when I diet (yes, I break rule #1).</description>

Low cost raw material and easy to add value to through colour packaging and sell for high value. Not how many special offers are for carb based snacks as they have the margin to work with.</description>
