Some good points there, I especially like the one about people who define themselves by their job.

So many people not only define themselves by their job but also put it to the forefront of their life, making it appear more important than their friends and family. It's only when they lose their job or become ill from the stress/being overworked they realise it is infact only a job, nothing more, nothing less.

Hey Archan,

Thank you so, so much for the encouragement and compliments! Your advice is great. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Omar,

So true. I would rather be poor and happy, than rich and miserable. There's no doubt about.

You can't buy happiness. I rather have that than material wealth.

Hey Andrew:

Congratulations for your blog. I enjoy reading your posts.

Your insights are fabulous. Let me add a few suggestions, please.

It helps to keep a pocket diary and a pen. Write down your goals in all areas of your life. And keep on plugging away. And remember to move forward no matter what happens in your life. Take baby steps.

You don't have to shoot for the moon all at once. Instead, just make sure you achieve your goals, one by one, and check these goals off of your to do list. That gives you a sense of accomplishment.
And celebrate your small victories. And keep your chin up, smile.
