What’s your excuse?

Please watch these videos and then follow the instructions below.

Now ask yourself:

- What am I grateful to have?

- What am I grateful NOT to have?

- What’s my excuse for not being happy?

- What’s my excuse for complaining?

- What’s my excuse for not tackling my dreams?

- What’s my excuse for not helping others?

- What’s my excuse for not living the life I desire?

  1. When you are grateful, then you give yourself the ability to experience things that are more grateful. If you are a person who is acting in a way that shows gratitude, then when you come across an experience that is ‘negative’ in nature; you will be able to handle the situation smoothly with little or no problems. Therefore you will be grateful that the situation went so smoothly. Hence, you are filtering your experiences through being grateful and experiencing more things to be grateful about and causing more gratefulness and that is what life is all about :)

    Thank you for sharing! :)

  3. I have no complaint!

When you have nothing left and nothing to lose, you will have the strongest will to survive. I think many like me have too much left and too much to lose. We often lost ourselves on something we don’t have and forgot the things we always had.

Thanks for the video. That made my day!

Very true! You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.
